Reopening the Case into A Day With SpongeBob SquarePants

Sounds interesting.

I'm trying something a bit different then in the last search: I'm gonna get in touch with people who produced and wrote other Regal Films (E.G Steve Jobs: Consciously Genius)and see if they know anything about A Day With Spongebob Squarepants since it's pretty commmon for people who worked on movies with one company to do another with that same one weather it's a script writer or an actor and i'll keep you posted on any leads I might find.

And once again we blow the dust off this book and open it.

I'm sorry if I post a controversial opinion here, but I felt it was necessary in light of what made the "world-famous" (no sarcasm intended) search effort destructive to Reagal Films' reputation.

First of all, I believe we should leave Mr. Orange alone and let him do his own business of writing scripts for film projects. If he doesn't want answer questions related to the film or to do anything with A Day with SpongeBob SquarePants anymore, that is fine with me. Since he is the creator of the film, it's his project and he can do anything he wants with it; in other words, it's his decision if he wants to start up that Kickstarter promised almost two years ago or not. In addition, I have no reason to suspect him of lying since he answered nearly every question related to the film on YouTube user Ongoing Mysteries' closing video on the search effort in a mature and reasonable matter as he never lashes out at any of the search members making up lies and misconceptions about him and the company he works for, but simply debunks them.

Second, despite the DVD being listed on Amazon for a long time (it was only listed to test out if people wanted to pre-order the film while it was in production), it has been confirmed later on that no material was actually produced for the film and the search effort only brought more attention to its Amazon listing, resulting in numerous people making fake DVDs to scam people and lead to the misconception that material was actually produced for the film. It also resulted in numerous proven fake fan-films on YouTube to cash in on the search effort and fool search members into believing they are part of the real "film". If the people at Reagal had simply released a statement on their website saying that nothing was produced for the film and sent out emails to search members about it or just take down the Amazon listing while saying no DVDs were actually produced, much of the ensuing chaos could have been avoided.

Third, multiple people outside of Reagal fooled people into believing that something was actually produced for the film (in one case, a Reddit user claiming to be affiliated with Reagal spreaded lies that Reagal Films isn't a legitimate film studio) and spread lies about the company in an effort to make them more "mysterious" because the people involved refused to answer people's questions about the film. I believe what Mr. Orange said about all of these hurtful accusations as he is the creator of the film and his company is being badly represented by a film that was never produced or existed.

Finally, since Reagal Films' seemingly collapsed, I believe it's less likely that Mr. Orange would want to produce ADWSS anymore because of the bad publicity it gave to Reagal and just wants to move on with his life. Plus, he wants to keep his real identity a secret (hence why he chose the nickname in the first place) for a reason, and we should respect his privacy. I believe that revealing Mr. Orange's real identity could open him up to harrassment and being called a "con-artist" for refusing to reveal any details about his project or follow-up on his promised Kickstarter campaign that never came to fruition.

In conclusion, I can't verify that Mr. Orange doesn't want anything to do with his pet project anymore, but I'm saying this in case if this is true (and even if my theory is proven false). For all these reasons above, I believe that re-opening the search again is a bad idea and can lead to potential life-long harrassment to employees of the now-defunct Reagal Films studio.

Mr. Orange, the call with Lorenzo, and the script, have all been considered suspect by a few people involved with the original investigation for quite some time. Mr. Orange referencing information we knew to be false and that contradicts his story, and the way we got in contact with Lorenzo being strange are evidence against them. And of course, Mr. Orange gave no proof he was who he said, and really there was no reason to ever trust him especially after he vanished with no explaination.

A lot of people wanted a conclusion but are starting to think that, we were too desperate for one and let some obviously suspect information get accepted without question.

And, please, keep this in mind: if this does become a full blown effort, what will most likely happen is a group DM will be created with trusted investigators to keep personal info from being spread around.
And if any personal info or sensitive contact info is posted on here it will be deleted.
I get why some people are worried but you really shouldn't be.
