Reopening the Case into A Day With SpongeBob SquarePants

"We want to make this satirical mockumentary film about a character that is owned by a copyright-trigger happy group, so in order to stay out of lawsuits we are going to list our product as if its finished and available for purchase on the multibillion dollar company Amazon to see if anyone wants it. What is social media?" - Whom'st ever is responsible for this. 

I've been lurking here and researching lost media for about a year and a half. I wasn't here when the original search took place, but I've read through several of the threads.

On one hand I think we've gotten the end of the story, or the answers, as unsatisfactory as they are. But on the other hand, yes, "Mr. Orange" or whoever does seem suspect, considering he parrots information we know is incorrect. 

Referencing my earlier jab. Could they think of no other way to garner or gauge interest in their project other than listing it as available for purchase for ONE DAY on Amazon? Could they honestly not think of any other way? 

Holy shit, I think I may have seen the DVD in a flea market a few months back. I didn't think anything of it at the time. I could be wrong about this.

I don't care what anyone says: ADWS is still creepy, and there's a large chance we all may have been conned. I also still think there's a large chance that the money laundering shit was real and "Mr. Orange" was just a hired gun to get everyone off Lorenzo's back. This story changed roots too many times.

Didn't some of the search team have Mr. Orange's contact info at one point, or was that all being relayed from Lorenzo? How come we don't hear from them anymore? They cared so much about it but haven't bothered to follow up after everything went cold?

I don't think we're trying to find the film itself, but this is more of a reopening of the investigation of Lorenzo Holley, Reagal films, and finding out if they were telling the truth.

We obviously know the film wasn't made. It would've been found by now.

Seriously. It pains me to think of the manpower, resources and time wasted on this stupid non-entity that could've been better spent trying to find literally anything else.
