Whats a piece of lost media that will never get found

I know this sounds rather weird, but I think that a lot of those pre-2000s indie games will probably be lost forever at this point. There are probably tons of people who used to make games by themselves using BASIC on their home computers, & didn't know how to save them, or didn't have the equipment to save that game, thus making them lost.

These are crack intros, essentially intros to games that have been cracked by crackers(essentially groups that disable the anti-piracy measures in video games). These cracktros were somewhat common back in the late 1980s up into around the mid 2000s. Now-in-days, they're seemingly no longer being made as crackers are now burying their credits inside the game's code. I believe that there might be several lost cracktros out there that might never be recovered, & I'm quite amazed that there are so many of these that have been preserved.

Speaking of those cracking groups/homebrew groups of the yesteryears, I remember Joel coming across what was some sort of a pseudo-magazine for the SNES by some cracking group about upcoming news, humor, & such. It was in a part of SNES Madness I believe, & it's actually pretty nice to see one of those preserved online to see what the buzz was about back then(we don't really know much about the groups, so getting those preserved might give us an insight on how it was being part of the cracking community), but alas, it's most likely that a lot of these will never be recovered, especially since some of the groups have vanished from existence by around the mid 2000s.

***SPOILER ALERT***

After we see Jack Torrance frozen to death outside the Overlook Hotel, and before we see him in the picture on the wall, there was a scene where Mr. Ullman, the hotel manager who interviewed Jack at the beginning of the movie, visits Wendy and Danny in the hospital.

Apparently Stanly Kubrick didn't like this ending and had it physically cut from the film prints and sent to him and were then destroyed. I have read that there are some on-set phots that still exist.

Yup, a decent amount of photos from the scene are still out there. If I remember correctly, the scene was slowly fazed out while it was in theaters, which is a hell of a move.
