I've been in the Furby community for a while and it's had it's fair share of lost media.
One piece of lost media I know that has been documented on the LMW is the Cliffhanger shorts off the old Furby website, which has been listed on there for some time now: lostmediawiki.com/Furby_Cliffhanger_Cartoons_(partially_lost_online_animated_shorts;_1999-2000)
There's a few things I know have been lost that haven't been documented here however, one topic I posted about some time ago being the partially lost Funky Furby commercial, which I'm still really hopeful that it'll be found one day: forums.lostmediawiki.com/thread/6670/partially-lost-funky-furby-commercial
Finally there's one thing I found recently: When the second generation of Furby colors had released in around March or April of 1999, an event was held at FAO Schwarz that introduced the new colors and even had Furby walkarounds present, and there was webcast footage archived at one point, but as the typical demise of webcast footage goes, it was in .RAM format and wasn't archived, so the thumbnails on the website are all we have as a reference as to what the event looked like, especially since there's surprisingly not much archival of the event other than this site: web.archive.org/web/20000918212940/http://www.earthcamforkids.com/furby/ , which sort of makes no sense considering there is Reuters footage for other events they've had, like the Furby Baby launch, and even if there's no footage of an event there's usually pictures.
Speaking of lost footage, there's a really in depth CNN interview about Furby that a transcript was thankfully preserved for, and at one point you could buy a VHS of it from CNN themselves but I don't think that's an available option anymore unfortunately. The transcript can be read here: www.mimitchi.com/html/furbn3.htm , I'm thinking it's also possible that it could have been recorded onto peoples personal VHSs.
There's also one promotional flash animation of 3 made to promote the Furby Babies release that wasn't archived, but I'm not as invested in finding that, even though it would be interesting to see.
Considering the popularity of Furby there's bound to be a lot more lost content like interviews or merchandise or whatnot, I just think these are the more notable things I've found to be lost, hopefully these things might spark some interest :}
