Does anyone know where I can find this Manga UK English dub?

I've searched every avenue I would normally go through to find anime (and some new ones, I hadn't heard of), and I CANNOT find it anywhere. A UK seller seems to be selling 2 other Rumik World tapes dubbed in English, so I'm assuming it does exist, I just don't know where you'd find it. Sorry.

I have a ripped copy of the Manga UK dub of Laughing Target taken from YouTube a few years ago.
