I would like to talk about some Flipnotes that I used to have.
- [FOUND] In 2011, I saw a Flipnote which had a stick man being hit by a bunch of elements from other famous Flipnotes and memes, along with a face speaking something (but with no audio), followed by the earth exploding. This was set to "Requiem for a Dream".
- Also in 2011, there was a Flipnote set to Marilyn Manson's cover of "This is Halloween". The first line of the song "Boys and girls of every age" appeared on-screen during the beginning, followed by a white fox hitting his paw on the screen. On the "This is halloween, everybody make a scene" line, the word "Halloween" appeared in red letters (and was the thumbnail for that flipnote) with a bat showing up. The rest of the video follows the lyrics basically and I might go into detail later.
- [FOUND] In 2012, I saw a Flipnote about a DDR-style game with Peach. It started with a few mini-game buttons shown on screen, selecting "Dance" (another option was "Race" I think), followed by "Dance" again (another option was "Classical", each screen had four buttons), before proceeding to the actual mini game. "Asereje" plays in the background.
This thread should hopefully be updated if I can think of any more. If you still have the .ppm files, it would be nice to upload them somewhere.

Bumping this to add a statement, it might be possible that the audio on the copy of the first Flipnote I got (which is the last episode of the "Door vs Hatena" series) might have been swapped over, as I'm pretty sure that the face looks to be saying something about destroying the door (the last part of his lip movements appear to be "blast this door").
I also seem to remember that the creator of the "Door vs Hatena" series no longer has the Flipnotes themselves, which would probably make the chances of the original audio of this part, as well as the other parts themselves, surviving quite unlikely (at least last time I checked).
