Just found a YouTube video that goes through the steps on how to convert an iTunes video to Vimeo. Hopefully this helps. Please report back if any of the iTunes to Vimeo converters I sent you the links to work. And please report back once you begin uploading the Stanley episodes on Vimeo

Did some research and found out that the software you showed isn't compatible with my version of iTunes.
I honestly think there is probably a Canadian on these forums that is more interested or more familiar with this type of thing than I am. You might want to try finding one of those. I believe these forums have an option for users to show locations on profiles. Might not hurt to do some research on a user.
Complaining about something is not the same as being surprised about it

The problem is, it's going to be very hard to find somebody else from Canada who's willing to upload the episodes and it's also going to be very hard to find somebody else who's more familiar with this type of thing. Is there another way you could upload the episodes without having to convert them?
Like I've said a million times before, it would really mean a lot to us Stanley fans in the USA if you could upload the episodes. Please don't give up!

Just found another website that might be able to help you convert the episodes into one that can be played on the internet. Hopefully this works! At the moment, I'm having a very hard time finding somebody else from Canada who is more familiar with this type of thing. So please don't give up! I will keep helping you search for safe iTunes to Vimeo converters until we find something that works. And I will keep asking people in the forum if they know any safe iTunes to Vimeo converters. Either that or hopefully there's a way you can upload the episodes without having to convert them? I'm now wondering this. Either way, I'm really hoping the missing Stanley episodes can be uploaded soon. It really means a lot to me and other Stanley fans in the USA that you're going to be uploading the missing episodes, so thank you, thank you, thank you! Let me know if the article I posted the link to helps. If not, let me know and I'll keep helping you search for a safe iTunes to Vimeo converter

I downloaded that but I couldn't get it to work because it thought that iTunes wasn't installed on my computer when it was (and I have the right version).

Maybe try re-downloading it?
It cost money so I'm not going to risk giving that converter another try.
