Here is the current article on this dub, which is probably the most complete English dub of the series: lostmediawiki.com/Alien_Musibat_(partially_found_Animax_dub_of_Urusei_Yatsura;_dates_unknown). It's unclear who produced it exactly, but it was distributed by Animax throughout Asia. Unfortunately, since Animax didn't release to home video, these dubs are quite hard to come by, with only one full episode and some clips surfacing. The article is currently titled "Alien Musibat," which was the Indian title (that title, by the way, is an attempt to translate the Japanese title into Hindi, since "musibat" means "trouble"), but I think the article should be renamed to "Lamu the Invader Girl" since that's what the dub was called in other countries it seems. Lamu the Invader Girl seems to have one of the first programs on the network, appearing in the "Super Maniax" block by April 2004: groups.google.com/g/rec.arts.anime.misc/c/R27YbMGwYqk?pli=1 http://web.archive.org/web/20040402092647/http://www.animax-asia.com/supermaniax/default.asp. It stuck around for another year, but it was no longer listed in the Super Maniax page by September 2005: web.archive.org/web/20050919084416/http://www.animax-asia.com/supermaniax/default.asp. However, I admittedly can't confirm that the series was completely dubbed in English in other countries, although it seems likely given that the dub calls Lum "Lamu."
It seems to have hit India a little bit later, around January 2006: www.indiaforums.com/forum/topic/158145?pn=19. The archived Animax India schedules support this. In both airings, the show would air on Mondays, and apparently sometimes Wednesdays too.
Frustratingly, for the Indian Alien Musibat, the only version that I'm 100% sure was always dubbed into English, I can only confirm the dubbers made it up to Episode 33, an episode we already have. In Southeast Asia, however, there's proof they aired at least 65 episodes: web.archive.org/web/20041207200027/http://www.animax-asia.com:80/schedule/default.asp?fx=go&d=19&m=1&y=2005. In Taiwan, however, they got even farther, but I'm not sure if it would've been dubbed there: web.archive.org/web/20041208052433/http://www.animax-taiwan.com/schedule/
