Why didn't Disney + contain more lost disney footage?

I'm wondering if it's because they're gonna make an origin story for Buzz Lightyear and they don't wanna confuse child audiences.

One episode being purposely taken out of circulation from a show that spans 32 seasons and 700 episodes, that also can be watched in its original screen format is not the same thing as dumping 2 measly seasons of 2017 Ducktales and not even having the first episode be the right episode. Especially when one show is episodic and the other is serialized. Stark Raving Dad can easily be watched on other services, I bought a handful of classic Simpsons seasons on Amazon and Stark Raving Dad is still there, albeit at the end of the season opposed to in its original place.
Edit: also I know the latest season won't be on Disney Plus until after it airs, but that's still a ton of episodes they put in the correct order when they can't be bothered to do that with shows that have much less.

Pretty sure it was always in season 3, in the article I read it was season 3's premiere, and that's sorta how I remember it before it was moved.

3. Here's an additional point to consider: the costs. Disney may be a behemoth, it may be too big to fail, but it does not make business sense to spend on server space (and other costs) for media that may have little to no audience. If there is demand, then maybe the media involved will be uploaded to the site. I already mentioned this in my "critical mass" posts on the Teamo Supremo search effort thread.

Fillmore! has gained a cult following yet it isnt on Disney+, despite online campaigns 

I bet you if the "chicken was real dry" meme became even more viral, Disney would release it. I just don't think they know how popular it is. Although I don't think the Aladdin cartoon series is up either? Correct me if I'm wrong, I know the Hercules one is.
