Why didn't Disney + contain more lost disney footage?

Most notably House of Mouse is still not on the platform despite me seeing plenty of people ask for it. But I also have a theory as to why, Disney doesn't care about what they consider their less popular IPs. Disney can't even be bothered to put Ducktales 2017 in order on Disney Plus, and they effectively killed the show on live TV by putting it on XD anyway. Same goes for the 90s X-Men cartoon, it's also out of order and so is the 90s Spider-Man one. They put the entirety of The Simpsons in order however, and they milked the hell out of The Simpsons being on Disney Plus. Look how they treat The Muppets, no Muppet Show, no original Muppet Babies, and not even all of The Muppet movies or even the TV specials are on there. I get maybe there is copyright problems?? But they are a monolith of a company and it's sorta obvious they don't care about the Muppets with how poorly they handled Muppets Now. Hell, they threw Wander Over Yander on Hulu for some reason.

That being said, I don't think pressuring them will do anything. I guess you can try? But I personally believe Disney Plus was a failure and I don't think it will be around in the next 5 years. There's very little new content, and if you compare it to HBO Max which started much later, it's crazy to see how they have even have more original programming on their streaming service than Disney Plus does.

Disney might dump these shows on there over time (I doubt Mousercise though, probably House of Mouse at some point), but I don't think they care. I mean, I guess people got them to put The Simpsons back in their original format opposed to wide screen though.

My best guess is they just a straight up not proud of it or they are shoving for the new stuff specifically.

Cutting out the backlog to make way for the new will probably pull in more people, exclusive things that are brand new that people want for example.

I actually have noticed that Stanley is missing on Disney+. That's the one show I want to see on there! And there are so many missing Stanley episodes that haven't even made it to the internet. The episodes that are missing are:

This is the reason I want to see Stanley on Disney+ very soon, because of the fact that so many episodes are missing. Hopefully Disney+ adds Stanley very soon. In the meantime, if anyone has any of the missing Stanley episodes mentioned above, that would be great! Thanks!

A lot of older shows don't resurface because of copyright and royalty problems. They tend to be partly shared with other creators, so if you are going to go through the trouble of remastering older footage and market it to a new audience, it better be one that'll be worth it... as in, make sure you have a substantial audience.

Fillmore seems like one of the bigger omissions for me, especially given that it apparently does still air occasionally. My guess as to why they don't have every show is that it does take effort to "clear" them for release, especially if they'd never received home media releases before. Even if such a show clearly brings no problems it'd still take some effort to put it up there, and I must admit Disney never put that much effort into Disney+ (its interface isn't as convenient than other streaming services, at least on Roku, and as mentioned before episodes are often listed out of order), so they probably don't add shows they haven't already prepared for streaming unless there's high demand.
