This is a PBS Kids bumper that is lost, but cannot be found. It starts off with a girl crying, and this boy walks around with a boombox I have not seen this in YEARS. Why are people still looking for ADWSS when somewhere they might have this bumper on one of their tapes?

Guess what? User PBSfanatic has claimed to finding the bumper which will be uploaded soon, but it's missing some parts. Turns out it's a "zapping TV" bumper, such as
