Back in 2001,before when Noggin was pointed towards pre-school programming and before it was bought by Viacom, there were a set of blocks that would later become unknown and rare. One of them was the Hubbub.
The hubbub was a block on Noggin that was most known for it's "Chattervision Mondays" which allowed the viewers to chat during live TV, and was broadcasted real-time on the screen. There were also bumpers that were made with real live polls and poll results. The voiceover would be by a text-to-speech audio, and used the VAG rounded font.
Also, the format of the bumpers uses abbreviation in its sentences. Like "you" is "U"; "to" is "2"; and "easy" is "EZ" etc. HUBBUB was abbreviated to H'B.
Here's the logo:

Along with the Hubbub block, there was a part of the block called "Chattervision Mondays." Every Monday, on Noggin HUBBUB, viewers logged onto noggin.com were allowed to chat and viewed a real-time live chat on screen // on the TV.
Here's what the chat may have looked like:
If anyone has any recordings of this block, please send me an image to help this thread. (SEND BELOW)
