Mitia and Microbus - an English dub of a Soviet anti-germ.

There is an obscure 1973 Soviet cartoon called ''Mitia and Microbus''. It's an educational short about the dangers of not washing your food. Now, some time ago, a person was searching on the net for what was an English dub of it. Apparently, they saw it in the kindergarten. Anyone here remembers such a thing?
