Two childhood favorites of mine include "Stuart Little" and "The Little Rascals" (1994). I know that on several US TV airings, there have been extra scenes. I would like to know if someone in the US has recorded these versions of these films on VHS, or if they know when/if they're coming to TV. I'm not sure if they aired anywhere else. I'm from Canada, and channels like YTV never have these versions.
Doesn't surprise me. There's extended editions of The Rugrats Movie, How thee Grinch Stole Christmas and The Cat in the Hat, too. The Cat in the Hat even takes some of the unfinished deleted scenes (still have green screen and such) from the DVD and actually finished them with CGI, plus stuff that isn't on the DVD.
Anyway, The Little Rascals extended cut is on the Spleen, both a VHS recording and an all-digital HD recording. Stuart Little isn't, but I'll take a look at my cable listings.

I'm not really comfortable with going on Torrent sites myself. I worry about viruses.
It's trustworthy because it's a private, strictly member's only site. But for that reason, you must be invited to join.
Anyway, there are no listings for Stuart Little in my area for the foreseeable future. And even if there were, it's kind of hit-and-miss because you can't be sure they'll broadcast the extended version. I'll look again at some point later. Do you happen to know which channel aired the extended version?

I saw the extended version of the Cat in the Hat on TV. 4 years ago in 2014.
