Im trying to find the name of a show i saw on treehouse around 2004-2007 late at night. It seems to be a 90s rerun since it was stylistically older than the other shows.
It had a young boy that was friends with a big cotton ball character. It was essentially an actor in a suit that resembled the scotties mascot but was more round in shape.
I mostly remember that they were always sitting and talking in clouds. And there is a specific scene I remember where the cotton ball character mentions spilling juice or getting something stuck in its fur and that theyd be "like cotton candy"
