Hi, my name's ProjectCarthage.
So, I'm looking for some lost Ben 10 Media.
The first piece in question is a special that was aired in April of 2008, I have a page for it on LMW.

The other is a Short with unconfirmed existence called "Speeded Out", there are no screenshots of it anywhere.

Don't be fooled by the Ben 10 "Speeded Out" video on Dailymotion, that's just a misnaming of a promo/music video thing called "Make It Fast".
