Hello, I need help finding this special that was created for the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Mascot, Izzy. Back in 1995, there were 2 specials that aired for the mascot. The first special was called "Izzy's Quest for Olympic Gold" (which was lost media until it was found on December 18th, 2020 by James C on YouTube) and then there was a second special with no known name. "Izzy's Quest for Olympic Gold" aired on August 12th, 1995 while this 2nd unnamed Izzy special aired on December 2nd of the same year, both being aired exclusively on TNT. The only known information of this 2nd special being mentioned was in this article from the Atlanta 1996 website which can be found here. The reason why i want this to be found is because the Olympics are significant in world history and a lot of older Olympic Mascot content is known for having a history of lost media. If anyone can find this special, it would be amazing. Thank you!
Interesting, did not know there was a 2nd special, I wonder if it followed up on the first one.
me too honestly. it's so interesting too cuz before i posted it here, i checked the archived versions of the atlanta 1996 website to see if they made a 2nd article for this 2nd special and there were no results

Interesting, it's possible there was planned to be a second special and it got cancelled due to low ratings of the first one and/or due to the general disdain for Izzy(his planned appearances in the 1996 Olympics proper were apparently drastically scaled back after people mocked his design).
I checked listings on newspapers.com and it looks like they just reran the first special that day. I also checked the listings for TBS and Cartoon Network in case they decided to run it on one of those channels instead, but it wasn't there either. I'm pretty skeptical that a second special (or at the very least a completed version) even exists.
EDIT: Wait, I looked again and found an article about it. It was scrapped. It says they got to the script phase, so there could be a script sitting around somewhere, but not beyond that. I made a clipping, so you can view it without an account.

Sorry for the late reply to this since I don't usually go on here but thank you for your hard work. That's unfortunate that the 2nd special was scrapped.
