I've been trying to find this video for 10+ years now, I found it on youtube around 2007/8 as a kid. My sister remembers this video and song as well.
It was a Japanese (most likely. Almost definitely not in English) music video that featured a yellow female cat character in a similar style to parappa the rapper it that was in a band of animals, at the beginning she wakes up in the morning and hits this dog alarm clock thing. There's a scene where she's walking along a street and there's a coin rolling along the floor or something, I think it rolls into a drain. Then near the end the cat girl and her band are playing on stage and a bunch of fans keep getting off the stage and getting pushed off/beat up.
The song has pretty typical 2000s j rock/pop sound with female vocals.
I looked through a lot of um jammer lammy and although the art style is very similar I couldn't find anything. I also looked through "Tamala a punk cat in space" which doesn't seem to be the right thing either.
