Smartee's Pizza Brigade (more locally known as Smartee's Parties) was a restaurant akin to Chuck E Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre and Showbiz Pizza Place in Toledo in the 1980s. Smartee's lasted roughly November 24th, 1982 - November, 1983. The found media we do have at this very moment is a handful of ads, higher quality photos, and the concept sketch photos. What I am looking for is the showtapes (if they are out there) and photos of the showroom and animatronics inside. (and videos if possible (edit) )

do you know any of the locations? there might be some documented stuff online.

Toledo was the only location. There isn't much of it online besides me trying to look for it.

I recently tried reaching out to Fred Treuhaft on Twitter from his twitter post who is said to be friends with the owner and knows a great deal a about it. Previously, I tried calling him and sending a email to his work Email to not get a response. Hopefully it works but his recent post is from earlier this year so my hopes aren't up.

thats good to hear, also i checked the apc's website to no avail, there is no documentation on it. also good luck with messaging fred!

I should also try to reach out to the kids but I don't know if they'd know anything considering the wife of Anthony Falzone (owner) didn't want to comment.

I got a response from the daughter and she said she unfortunately doesn't have anything from Smartee's. However, I did send a follow up email asking her if she knows anyone else I can talk to who might.

She recommended the friend of the founders daughter! The friend of the founder did a lot of projects with him so I'm hoping she might know if they did Smartee's or not (since she herself wasn't so sure if he did Smartee's with him).

I also asked for the contact information since whitepages and other stuff like that has it behind a paywall

A very small update. The daughter said in her email that she doesn't know if the friend of the founder worked around the time Smartee's was open. I believe he did. This is a clustrmap link for the location and it has his name on it along with the founders in the description.
