Six apps released in December 2011 by ID Corp. Five of the apps are pretty much lost media. I found the sixth app last year: archive.org/details/jp.idcorp.stg_krs.bm
The apps are "battery managers" which are widgets that show the percentage of your phone's battery, though the one I found doesn't work on modern Android anymore.
The apps were all paid, and the only one I found was Kurisu's app, every other app is currently lost. Looking at the statistics of some of the apps (might be inaccurate), some of these apps were downloaded by around less than 100 people, making them very hard to find. I'm pretty sure nobody in the english Steins;Gate community ever got these apps (though I did ask around just to be sure) and I think there might be someone out there in the Japanese community who has these apps. I've got no leads at all so far for the apps because they weren't ever popular to begin with.
There's very few details on ID Corp, the company that made the apps but I did some research into them myself and probably know who to contact if I need to ask someone involved with the apps, can elaborate on that if someone is interested.
