Goofy things you did on the internet "back in the day"

Thought it might be amusing to discuss silly gaffes/faux paus we did back when we were first learning how the internet and/or computers and/or digital media worked.
1. I didn't know how to bookmark anything or save/copy links so I used the same ye olde search engine EVERY SINGLE time I went to a fansite.
2. I was trying to post on a discussion board and kept direct messaging people instead of posting in the DANG BOX. I felt confused and sort of hurt when people responded back the way they did, then I realized my mistake. WOOPS.
3. Went to a old...."rent free" media (cough) site and gave our family computer a yucky virus. This happened to be the day before my family was trying to print out tickets the next morning and we kept getting "computer under attack!" pop up messages on my computer. AS THEY WERE TRYING TO PRINT OUR TICKETS <_< I claimed that it happened from a legit review site, and for some reason, never really got in trouble for that one.
4. I thought that digital art was easy, because you just "press buttons," right? Then I actually started doing legit graphic design projects and...oh dear XD
