Hey there! First post overall and it's something I've been thinking about for a while. I'm a little nervous about posting here because I don't want to come off as any sort of tryhard, but I seriously haven't found the video and I've been wondering all these years!
When I was a young kid, a lot of weird TV commercials and videos scared the absolute hell out of me - like this one - and I remember this one TV commercial that really, really scared me. BUT it in all honesty probably wasn't even that bad; as you can tell from that one video, if it just looked even a little off it frightened me.
The actual information... it was a commercial for divided plates. It absolutely was not ZooPals. I think they weren't necessarily for kids, just divided plates kind of like them. As Seen From TV kind of product, I think. You know how those older commercials had this segment at the start of ads that exaggerated how 'bad' the inferior products were? This one was kind of like that, but instead it had the food on the plate mixing together (because no dividers between them) and they were freaking out about it in some sort of weird voiceover. It wasn't animated like the old Pop Tarts commercials, genuinely a voiceover (not sure if there was slight animations like the Cinnamon Toast Crunch commercials). TLDR because no dividers on the plate the different foods on the plate were maybe screaming about slowly mixing together. I emphasize slowly, because I think that's what freaked me out the most lol, the fact that the food was slowly mixing together and freaking out, maybe screaming.
I was born in 2004, and I feel like the cut-off year would be at max 2011, maybe 2010. So if I freaked out at the Mister Maker clips, when the show was around in 2007, prooobably like 2007-2010ish is the time span?
What channels? Actually, I don't think it was a kids TV network; I used to observe TV a lot especially with my dad on channels like TruTV. Just found a list of channels DirectTV offered in 2010 (I think, due to the copyright date). So, yeah, we've had DirectTV for a long time so that is probably relatively accurate. Must be the Office Choice package, which unfortunately is a lot of channels...
As for where I lived at the time: Most likely North Carolina. I did live in Puerto Rico for a lot of my early life, but I very well think it was in English and I lived in NC by then.
I apologize if this is too dumb to put on here! Just something I've been mildly curious about for years.
