I'm seeking the community's assistance in uncovering some elusive lost media from around 2009. Skechers, the popular shoe company, launched a marketing campaign aimed at children that featured superhero mascots such as "Z-Strap," "Kewl Breeze," "Elastika," and "The Luminators." This campaign was extensive, including in-store displays, merchandise, and even animated commercials.
A significant part of this campaign was the comic books that accompanied the children's shoes. These comics showcased the superhero mascots in various adventures and were included with the purchase of Skechers shoes. Despite their initial popularity, it seems that almost all of these comic books have become lost media. There is minimal documentation available online, and the comics themselves are not accessible for sale or in digital format.
We do possess the covers of these comics, confirming their existence, but beyond that, information is sparse. We are looking for any information, scans, or physical copies of these comic books. If anyone has any leads, memories, or knowledge of where these might be found, your help would be immensely valuable.
