Nintendo, between 2012 and 2018, used to distribute Special Miis to the 3DS via StreetPass Mii Plaza. These Miis would be of celebrities and would often be given out when a game got announced or during E3. These, however have not been preserved very well and only lie primarily with the people who had originally received them. We would like to change that however.
