A Shin Megami Tensei short story by Yoru Yoshimura

Hi! I'm looking for a Shin Megami Tensei short story by Yoru Yoshimura that has proved to be elusive. The short story in question is 真・女神転生 遠く過ぎ去りし日々よ (the best translation I was able to get for the title is Shin Megami Tensei: Distant Days of the Past (source: Megami Tensei Wiki)). It was released in Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Magazine's October 2001 Fantasia Battle Royal special issue (sources: the Japanese Wikipedia page about Yoshimura, Yoshimura's diary page from July-September 2001 (the 9/18 entry) and a page that shows the issue and its table of contents, listing Yoshimura's story on page 62 (and some other SMT-related text on page 75 as well)).

Over the last few months, I've been trying to get my hands on the aforementioned special issue via Zenmarket and Mandarake but so far I haven't been able to find it; while the April 2001 special issue is a common sight, the October 2001 special issue appears to be particularly rare at least on the stores I've been scouring. I only know the very basics of Japanese so my ability to search for information is limited to whatever is in English or can be translated legibly by Google Translate. Hence, I'm in need of help with searching; tips on where to look and/or ask for help (I tried Reddit's r/Megaten but my post there died in New without a single comment), stores I should add to my scouring, etc. would be super welcome.
