DVD Kid Show About Water Park Safety

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this before. When i was young i had this DVD. I can't remember the name of it, but it was a like atmost a hour of anthropomorphic animals at a water park teaching water park safety. I believe they would also sing the songs. I remember there being a Polar Bear being like the main character or the show. If anyone can help me find this ill be grateful. TY!
