According to the fanmade Peanuts Blog Aaugh.com, In 1979 therr was a company called Charlie Brown's Career Education Venture. This company made 35 Educational Film Strips of varying topics (similar to the Hanna-Barbera film strips of the era).
This series is notable for being the sole appearance of "Dolores". Dolores is the sole Latina Peanuts character and she only appears in these strips, along with a 2018 mobile game where she dosen't speak.
