According to the fanmade Peanuts Blog Aaugh.com, In 1979 therr was a company called Charlie Brown's Career Education Venture. This company made 35 Educational Film Strips of varying topics (similar to the Hanna-Barbera film strips of the era). This series is notable for being the sole appearance of "Dolores". Dolores is the sole Latina Peanuts character and she only appears in these strips, along with a 2018 mobile game where she dosen't speak. While AAUGH provides information and screenshots, the audio itself and the full strips are currently unavailible
I do know that some Peanuts educational shorts exist on Youtube such as this “Clean the Air” one but I don’t believe it’s part of that collection youtu.be/WyakfiKYzZY?si=jYGImpcd_e0ktgEZ

Yeah. That's a different series of Peanuts Educational Shorts from the 80's.
The fact that these 70's ones were titles film atrips make me believe there wasn't actually any animation (similar to the Scooby-Doo & Jabberjaw Educational Films)
One of them was uploaded to YouTube seven days ago with audio intact! I plan to download it to make sure it's saved, since it could be taken down as copyrighted content: We All Have Special Skills, Charlie Brown.
