Looks like the software that would be on the Disney branded hp laptops back in the day
Check Micheal MJDs videos on them. Skim through see if you spot anything similar. Iirc he tends to dump the bios/install discs onto archive.org with links in his YouTube so you might be able to use oracle if I'm correct

The software if I'm right was exclusive to these laptops (maybe not the exact model in the videos) at least initially which might be why you're struggling to find it
