Around 2003, somewhere between Spring/Summer, I remember seeing an ad on Cartoon Network that advertised some kind of award show where one could vote online for the best show or cartoon character (I can't quite remember what this event was about, because I only ever saw this ad maybe 2 times, and I never saw the event itself). The ad itself showcased Cartoon Network characters getting ready for the show, like prepping at a makeup room, taking showers, getting into limos. One thing that I remember the most was the song used in this ad, and it's one I think I've heard before the ad (and every time I did hear it somewhere in the wild, I was reminded of this ad), and it was like one of those funky R&B songs that were popular in the early 2000's, and it sounded like Justin Timberlake sang on it, in addition to some other singers, and I don't know the name of this song either.
Other details:
This ad, and the event itself, had aired on a Pan-Europe/Middle-East/Asia version of Cartoon Network, and the website they advertised was the cartoonnetworkhq[dot]net website. I can't recall if this ever re-aired at some point, but I don't think so. It seemed like a one-time thing and such an event was never attempted again.

You are probably thinking of The Fancy Anvil Award show:
Thanks for the contribution, but I don't know if this was something that would've aired at the time. The ad is something I'm most interested in. Also, the ad I was talking about featured popular Cartoon Network characters of the time (Johnny Bravo, Cow & Chicken, Dexter, I.R. Baboon, etc.)
