I think it was the obscure show called Making Fiends which had a episode named Puppies Puppies Puppies m.youtube.com/watch?v=Zanw_CkUy3k which had something to do with clones . Also Nicktoons aired reruns of this show late at night during Halloween .

I don't really think "Making Fiends" was obscure.

To the OP, Making Fiends was about two girls. A "good" blue girl named Charlotte and a "bad" red girl named Vendetta. The show took place in a gray, bleak neighborhood, and Vendetta was always trying to make crazy beasts with experiments or something. I wanna say the show aired anywhere from 2006-2008. Is this the show you're thinking of?

was it an episode or a full show? there was a Canadian teletoon animated series called Carl squared abbreviated as "2" that aired from 2005 to 2011, it followed a teenager named Carl and his clone who was much nicer, so the clone always was a bigger hit with his friends, and the girl he likes while main Carl, was insensitive and always making mistakes. heres the article:

You have the wrong TV show in mind (it's Dexter's Labatory, not Phineas and Ferb) but it does involve personality splitting clones though,

Is it the Season 2 episode of Phineas and Ferb "Split Personality" as it involves Candance accidentally getting hit by Phineas and Ferb's molecular separator ray which creates two split personalities showing her romantic and busting side of her and the two brothers have to find a way to bring her back together?

Was it on Nickelodeon's main network or on it's side network Nicktoons Network, because that can narrow things down a bit.
