Me and my brother have been looking for a very short 2dish short on Noggin/Nick Jr. The plot consisted of a cartoon character speaking on the phone. I specifically remember them saying blah blah blah etc. However every time they were some thing would interupt them. Me and my brother remember a jackhammer, car/bus and boombox sounds interupting the person. The person would then mess with the tool making the sound to shut it up. My mom remembers it being on Noggin but we dont know for sure.
