Around 2015, I was looking at Wikipedia for British puppetry TV shows, and one of them I found was a 90's BBC kids' show called "Phillip's Wish", which ran from 1993-1997. There was very little to no info on this show, aside from the crew that were involved, the production companies that made it (Hibbert Ralph Entertainment and BBC Kids World, which might be an alternate name for BBC Children's International) and it was presumed to be created by Britt Allcroft of "Thomas & Friends", "Magic Adventures of Mumfie", and "Thomas and the Magic Railroad" fame. I once tried looking for the show, but I ended up getting unrelated results. Then, I tried looking at CBBC continuities from 1993, the year the show premiered, but there were no mentions nor footage. There even used to be a section of the series on the CBeebies website, but nowadays it's a dead link that is presumably not archived.
I haven't been here in a while, but this got my interest.
I believe this is a hoax article that has been overlooked. The only other contribution of the user that created it is a nonsense image added to the article on Wicked Science. Not only that, but the page's creator included two links: one for the IMDb page for Tweenies, and the other for the aforementioned supposed page on BBC's website. However, he would have gotten the link in 2007, but one look at the CBeebies page from back then reveals that there is no "Phillip" link, and this holds true going even further back.
Taking all of that into account, it's pretty obvious that it's a hoax article created by a vandal. I'm surprised it hasn't been deleted, being unreferenced for this long.

How did the CBeebies website have a link to the show, but redirects to a 404 page.
Well, I don't know. Some people in this thread do believe it's fake. It's probably mixed up with "William's Wish Wellingtons" if "Phillip's Wish" is actually fake.
