I am a huge fan of The Little Clowns of Happytown and so far, 12 episodes (6 22 minute and 6 11 minute episodes have seen the light in the English language in the U.S. from when it was first produced on ABC. Now only 6 more episodes that are in either a Russian overdub or Korean dub have yet to see the English language once again.

I have started a petition to have the complete series on either DVD or a Streaming Service.

Those online petitions rarely go anywhere- I suggest contacting people that were involved with the show (director, producer, voice actors, etc.) and see what you get from there.
For example I received the complete Donkey Kong Junior animated series from the producer- the prints came directly from his original back-up film reels of the show.

Oh, thank you! I know for sure that WildBrain (formerly DiC) created and produced it alongside Marvel and Chuck Lorre was a creator as well.

Are you sure I will probably be able to receive the complete Little Clowns of Happytown series that way? That would be so wonderful if that were the case.

Im not sure, all depends if somebody who worked on it held onto copies. Its worth a shot. Thats how a lot of shows have been found. I wouldn't go through the actual companies that made it, that will lead to nothing most likely. Go on the imdb page for it- find the voice actors, the producers, etc. then google search to see if they have any contact info online.
Its like how the company behind the series Spiral Zone refused to release it so the fans contacted one of the producers and the entire series was obtained through him.

Another flaw when it comes to Disney+. Even though Bear in the Big Blue House released all episodes except for 9 episodes, PB&J Otter is using the PAL formats for all of the episodes.

I'm aware of PB&J Otter PAL Format thing, I can tell, it's not super annoying but it's pretty noticeable, are you referring to nine episodes for PB&J Otter or Bear in the Big Blue House?

and if so which ones exactly
