Probably the uncut print of "A Star is Born" (1954) starring James Mason and Judy Garland. There have been rumors about an uncut print, and it's definitely a possibility. A thought to be lost musical number was seized by the FBI during the 1980's restoration of the film by Ron Haver, but I don't know anymore. I certainly hope that it still exists but a lot of things would've had to have taken place (the proper storage of the print to keep it from fading for one) for this to happen and the stars would have to align and then the the alleged collector would have to turn over the print assuming he has it in the first place.
Ron Haver wrote a book after restoring the film, chronicling the production issues that occured, what all was cut, and his mindset prior to getting access to search the Warner Bros archive, during the search,(an inevitable Holy Grail comparison is eventually made) and after he unspooled the last bit of film he could find labeled A Star is Born within the archive. Near the end of the book he seems to suggest that the lost segments were melted down for the silver content; I almost became physically ill. I had just watched it with my partner and he loved and I thought it was damn near an all-timer if it weren't for the jarring, but needed, film still sequences. If the missing scenes were re-instated I would argue that it's every bit as good as the movie Judy Garland's most known for (Wizard of Oz). However, as it stands, the movie is just a few scenes short of a masterpiece and it's a damn shame.
Most Nickelodeon or online Flash games I played when I was young are pretty much lost to time, and were unavailable even before Flash got its plug pulled.
Nor am I holding out much hope for The Magnificent Ambersons (1942) at this point, sorry to say.
Isn't there some financially backed search going on in South America at the moment for that footage or did the person was searching turn up empty handed?

Im not optimistic about their odds, but I certainly wish them the best.
If Heaven exists and the full repository of knowledge is available to us after we die, one of the first things I intend to do is watch the original premiere version of Ambersons.
Any lost gore/death videos that have been kept from the public.
This for me as well. I've been on the sidelines on this for a few years and I'm sure I'll be years late to the party if I find something if it was never truly lost in the first place.
From my personal collection, there were two tapes I know I had back in the 90s that were just Nickelodeon rips. I'm pretty sure both of them had some decent stuff like commercials and bumpers, but I lost those tapes years ago so I'll never know for sure.
Go for a punch or Saki Sanobashi. I know maybe not exist and the posibility to be a Creepypasta or simple urban legend, but i think needs a honorabe mention.
Any of the pioneering animated films from Quirino Cristiani. Some of the shorts he made during the 1910 and 1920s have been recently restored, but feature-films like "El Apóstol" o "Peludópolis" are lost forever due to fires or because they were sold to make combs with them
Lost media I know I'm never going to ever find is episodes of Stanley. There are sooooooooooooo many missing episodes of Stanley and it breaks my heart that the missing episodes just haven't been uploaded to the internet
I would actually be very grateful if someone can help me find missing episodes of Stanley. Here are the missing episodes:
1. Peekaboo Parrot 2. Worms at Work 3. Mockingbird Scat 4. Proud as a Peacock 5. Web Weavers/Muddy Buddies 6. The Robbing Raven/Flashlight Fireflies 7. I Scream for Ice Cream/Snack Savers 8. A Little Nightingale Music 9. Me and My Palfish 10. To Catch a Hamster/Pearls of Wisdom 11. A Turkey of a Thanksgiving (the unmuted version) 12. The Way of the Buffalo/Follow That Falcon 13. Sheep and a Haircut 14. No News Like Shoe News/Ladybug, Ladybug 15. Stanley's Great Big Book of Adventure

Greed (1924)'s original length. Given it's been almost 100 years, I am absolutely sure that film is long GONE by now. And if not, then the scenes must be very corroded because of the "you-know-who" of vintage film.

1. Ultimatekai's videos and blog posts. Unless she pulls a complete 180 and does a second unexpected return to social media and just embraces her past in full, both good and bad, those videos and blogs are probably never coming back.
2. The infamous "Basement Tapes". I don't even really want to see them per se, I just want them released to the public (assuming they still exist and that the FBI really did make backup copies) since at this point, it's kind of a moot point to keep them hidden from the public in 2021.
3. The Fall of a Nation, the first big-budget Hollywood sequel.
4. Too many unarchived fanfics to count
5. HIM. I do think this is a lot more likely to be found than a lot of other lost media, simply due to the fact it's become the Holy Grail of lost media and now that the other darlings of "Clockman" and "The Day The Clown Cried" are pretty much firmly within the category of found media.
With the perennial favorites of "Dead End" and "Go For A Punch", I still think the latter is out there somewhere and isn't a creepypasta.
It probably has a completely different title in real life, but it's not as far-fetched as it sounds if you know anything about the wider low-budget OVA scene of the 80's and 90's.
Dead End probably is out there in some old dusty VHS form, either as one of the master tapes given to the cast and crew or maybe as one of the surviving bootleg tapes that supposedly made the rounds in the 90's horror con scene.

Excellent names. I'd like to hope Ultimatekai will return again and maybe open up to us about what's been going on, but I know we aren't entitled to know about her personal life. I mentioned before that I'd like to hope it's just a matter of her getting older and wanting to move on from the scene - and not that she's gone dark for her safety.

I always thought that Dead End was this dumb prank that was taken way out of proportion whereas Go For A Punch is an actual OVA. Like, seriously, why do people think that Dead End is real? There are so many freakin' things about it that scream BULLCRAP.
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime

Presumably 80% of RSD Game-Maker games out there: presumably there's a lot of suppressers around the internet, not wanting these games found anytime soon. They might even be out to hunt me down & kill me.

With Dead End, there's the fact that it's tied to Emerson Bixby, who has had actual ties to movies and TV and has an IMDB page. Bixby himself also sort of confirmed its existence as a failed "proof of concept" film he did on a very low budget that didn't get picked up for distribution, so it's not entirely out of the question one of the tapes he made got leaked and copied.
I think a lot of the more out there details in the movie mentioned on IMDB can be chalked up to either exaggeration or people misremembering things and in turn leading to exaggeration.
It's sad that Dead End faces no skepticism yet everyone angrily shrieks at the mere mention of the possibility that Go For A Punch could be real. But that can be chalked up to a very specific Reddit shitposter who was later outed as a liar and a troll, but by the time he got debunked, it was too late.
