All I can remember from that video is the text “Is it strong enough?” or similar, a wallpaper that conatins a mixed Windows logo out of Windows 2000 and Windows 7, and some beautiful classical music (I wish I knew which, which is the reason I post it here).
As far as I can remember, its title was uppercase: "WINDOWS 2000 VISITS GOGGLE.COM WITH IE5", or similar. But the browser name was certainly abbreviated, like in the description of the existing video..
Deletion date: around 2013. I watched that video in ~2012.
The wallpaper that was visible in the deleted v ideo on the Windows 2000 virtual machine (windowed; the VirtualBox or VirtualPC (can't remember which) window was still visible inside a real Windows 7 instance) is:

Apparently while most of Unnis Annus was saved. Most of the goodbye livestream wasn't and is mostly gone except for some moments (such as the final 10 minutes)
2 videos on youtube by Russian artist Muzy Frile. The first video is titled "Why I Don't Speak English." What's she explains in the video is self-explanatory besides one point which she states something along the lines of, "Don't call me a communist because I am Russian." This video was up in 2018 and early 2019. The second video is a shitpost meme with the title in Russian. There are 2 people arguing and the video length is only 10-20 seconds. It was up for around 7 months before being privated in early 2019.

Is it okay for me to link my separate topic in this thread about lost internet videos? I'm essentially trying to find ungrounded.net's SWF links for removed KawaiiPiranha cartoons and basically need an alternative to Wayback Machine that works in the same way (without a paywall!) because KP-related links seem to have been excluded from that internet archive (also I've tried Archive Today already).

Red Bard's YIIK Review
She made a review of the game when it launched, and was generally positive towards it. I believe it was called something like YIIK: An RPG About Self-Improvement.
After some time, the video was gone from her channel, and I couldn't find any justification from her.
I found some twits from her about it. If I recall correctly, one was just sharing the video and the other was questioning about the bad reception the game had. I tried asking her why the video was gone, but unfortunately I may have made her delete the twit.
The original twit is gone, but my question is still up, and the user tags are proof that it was related to this topic:
The twit had a link to the video, but I didn't save it, sadly. But here is Red Bard's youtube channel:
I believe she regreted the video after the bad reception of YIIK and all the other negative reviews, since her review was positive. But I still don't get why she tried to purge anything ever related to it.
He got featured on ElectroBOOM's channel. Saldy, this funny trailer, as well as their website BatteryManMovie.com are offline. They were still online last year.
I remember a video (maybe an old deleted SuperMarioLogan video?) where these Mario character puppets were sending swear words to each other using PictoChat, likely on a Nintendo DS Lite.
There actually Plush dolls, While Chef Pee Pee and the other characters are hand puppets.
Sometimes I’ve noticed going through my youtube likes some videos are listed as being deleted or private. It’s kinda odd to me because I cannot remember what the unavailable videos could’ve been.

Yeah that happens sometimes, you can always look up the URL to see what it was.

Oh good idea. And it just came to me that 2 of the unavailable videos I liked before were a gameplay of Just Dance 2020’s Bangarang (extreme) and Mario Party DS music.
