Okay, this might seen very cliche, but I actually know a friend online who says they have a VHS recording of the 2010 KCAs.
I didn't think the KCAs were lost media, so I was all "I doubt the KCAs are lost." But then I noticed how there's no full recording of the 2010 show anywhere.
After a bit of searching, here I am.
I believe they are currently offline, but once I can get ahold of them I'm gonna ask them if there's a possible way to transfer the VHS footage to a computer or something and get back to ya'll.
The 2010 show was actually posted on the last page.

Welp, my bad.
No, you're totally fine! (It's 4/5 pages long here already!) - You can check a full guide of what we do/don't yet have here.
I believe the last few years we're still looking for their full shows are the other The Big Ballot episodes from 1987, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1995, and 1996 and some of the beginning of 1997, and then I believe we have all KCAs officially found!
And don't count that 2010 VHS out right away... the one we now have is great quality/full show, but I certainly still do love seeing commercials/what was on TV years ago... I have two VHS tapes from 2006/2007 with plenty of Nickelodeon premieres on them and love seeing the commercials (like how as of 2019 we have Cars 3, one of the tapes I have is advertising the release of the first movie in theaters!) Certainly can still be interesting. (I also recently found a VHS tape with Cartoon Network airing some Pokemon specials from around summer 2004... can't wait to digitize that and check some of that out!)
YES! Let's find all them KCAs and prove they rigged the show by compiling all the times that Rugrats and/or SpongeBob won Favorite Cartoon
Honestly, I'm pretty sure a lot of the older ones didn't even have the category yet. I got both the '92 and '94 shows, which Wikipedia originally listed the 'Favorite Cartoon' category. However, watching both shows, the category wasn't in either show.
At some point I was thinking that it could be something like nowadays where every category isn't included in the show itself, but the Internet didn't really exist then like it is right now.
(Sort of) found 1990! Asking in the comments if there's some way I could get the full show... let's hope! www.youtube.com/watch?v=gouNFI8JduI
Whoa, that is awesome! Hopefully you can get the full show, if they have it.
Just gave the full 1992 show to one of them in exchange for what they had, so massive thanks to them. One of them mentioned it somewhere in the commentary video, but seems like some of the beginning is missing. Either way, most of the full show, so still great to have this much!
And I actually haven't watched their commentary video on it since I only found their video late last night before going to sleep, but I'll definitely try to at some point and suggest others who are interested in all of this KCA stuff to watch it too.
EDIT: So now, we are still looking for 1989, 1991, 1995, and 1996. The beginning of the 1990 and 1997 shows are missing, but we have most of the full shows for both of those years.

Yes, including commercials aired, but missing the first 5-10 minutes (or however long the opening of the show was). This image is of Dave Coulier, which I'm speculating is him introducing the blimp to viewers (since the 1990 show is actually the year that first introduced the blimp trophys). However, I didn't pay 100% attention to the show while going through it today (was mainly looking at nominees/winners of categories), but maybe I do actually have that image included and just didn't realize it.
However, the very beginning of the show is missing, likely the announcer opening the show/credits of who will be appearing, and Dave Coulier first coming out. The show I received starts off with Coulier introducing his co-hosts, Candace Cameron and David Faustino. Other than that, it basically is the full show- all musical performances (unless the show opened up with one like in 1992 + 1994) and all three categories for TV, movies, music, and sports.

Did 1996 get found? I believe that one contains a rare Nickelodeon Productions logo...
Not yet unfortunately but I’m hoping for it for the same reason as you. Seeing how the 1998 lightbulb was proven to exist, it’s almost guaranteed this one is as well. All we have right now is a reconstruction: youtu.be/b63UENvlm9E
