Oh man, where do I even begin? I've watched YouTube since it was still relatively brand new, I remember (vividly) so many videos that are now gone for good. Like, I went through a phase where I binge-watched a ton of Mario content. (Blooper videos, gameplays, plushes, whatever.) A lot of them are gone because, Nintendo, but I've managed to find a few that I saved in my childhood playlist, which I will link here if anyone wants to take a looksee: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFSR-xnc3WkoosTwU-yfaICKZ4cLJ3gRC
I used to watch a lot of sparta remix videos as well, which again have been deleted or privated.
Me and my best friend were trying to find an italian YTP based on the first Lion King movie which was called "Il Re Melone". He claims to have seen it for the first time between 2016 and 2018 and by 2020 it was already gone. We've tried to browse throught various italian playlists with disney ytps but we had no luck since the Wayback Machine didn't archive most of the deleted vids (probably cause only a small portion of the community ever saw tham to begin with).
We do however remember some parts like for example:
There's a scene in which Scar repeats "Stai Calmo" (which means "keep calm") at least a few time
There are 2 videos which appear to be the sequels of this one and they both came out this year, but we can't say for sure they're made from the same people
The disgraced youtuber Cosmodore had a video about spongebob-related music that was removed, probably after the controversey he got in. I still wanna see that video again.

Oh dude, I'm sure there're TONS of youtube videos from that era are straight up gone. Quality that was about as good as this example (which I'm glad is still around):
I remember an Ed Edd n Eddy video where it used pokemon sprites of Hoenn starters representing the Eds with audio ripped from the show, and titled self explanatory-ily. That's long since been deleted or something, since I can't find it. There was another related video where it was sort of like a videogame platform, this time using the Eds's sprites from one of their videogames, that's been unlisted because I was able to find it (though ironically I don't remember where I saved it)
OH. While I was still remembering all the Ed Edd n Eddy videos I watched as a kid, there was a DBZ video of them. It was in 3D,as in cgi, so no sprites or editing the cartoon here. And it featured just Ed in a green hilly background. It starts off with a slow vertical camera pan of Ed himself, from the bottom to his face. And then he runs around in the background. And then he turns Super Saiyan with the hair (I'm like 80% sure this happened), and does a Kamehameha at the end, seeing it go outside of the Earth and into space.
That video's also gone, and I loved to see it again, ugh.
I'm going on a tangent here, but do you guys ever just go on a deep dive into really obscure parts of Youtube? I'm talking low view videos that may also not even be in English. I always found it interesting finding content like that. So far I usually just spam letters in the search bar, and that more or less gives search results like that.
